Absolutely! Even if naturism is new to you, you are welcome at Athena. You don’t need a perfect body or to be an experienced naturist. Enjoy the outdoors with respect for yourself and those around you. Have questions? Our reception is happy to help.
When the weather is nice, we enjoy the outdoors nude at Athena. If it’s chilly or you feel more comfortable with something on, feel free to wear clothes. In the pool and wellness area, swimwear is not worn.
During dinner at de Baar and later in the evening, most guests are dressed. Others happily enjoy being nude on the terrace. Choose what feels best for you.
Youths choose whether to wear clothes. In the pool zone, the same rule applies: no swimwear.
Yes, Athena is a family-friendly campsite. Kids can swim, play, do sports, and run around in the greenery. During summer holidays, activities are also organized for children and teens. Enjoy together, each at their own pace.
No, a membership is not required. Everyone who respects the naturist atmosphere and the personal boundaries of others is welcome.
Becoming a member does have its benefits: discounts on camping and rentals, free day access to our three parks, and the Athena Magazine four times a year. This way, you quickly get value from your membership.
Our accommodations come well-equipped. On the booking page, you’ll find an inventory of your stay, so you know what’s provided and what you need to bring.
A linen package is mandatory with your rental. If you want to arrive to made beds, towels ready, and a bathrobe within reach, book the hotel package.
Change of plans? Contact us and we’ll see what we can do. Our stay conditions apply to changes and cancellations.
When booking, you can opt for the cancellation fund. In case of unforeseen circumstances covered by the fund’s terms, you can get a refund of your stay (excluding reservation fees) with a doctor’s certificate.
Without the cancellation fund, standard cancellation policies apply.
Your pitch is available from 1 PM, and your rental accommodation from 3 PM. On departure day, please check out by 11 AM at the latest.
When you arrive, park your car in the waiting area and check in at reception. We will then guide you to your spot.
Reception is closed for lunch between 12 noon and 1 PM. Arriving then? Please leave your car in the waiting area and enjoy the atmosphere at Athena. We’ll be happy to assist you from 1 PM onwards.
For rentals, there is a late checkout option until 6 PM on Sundays, so you can enjoy your weekend a little longer.
Expecting to arrive late? Please contact us in advance. We will expect you, assign your pitch, and handle the check-in paperwork the next day.
Athena Ossendrecht is a low-traffic park. This keeps it peaceful and pleasant, with plenty of space to stroll and play at your leisure.
On arrival and departure, you may drive slowly onto the site to unload or load your belongings. After that, please park your car in the designated parking area.
Absolutely! We have spacious, easily accessible pitches for campervans. The maximum camper length allowed is 7.5 meters. If your camper is longer, please contact us beforehand.
At the camper service station, you can empty wastewater, dispose of your cassette toilet, and refill fresh water.
Dogs are not allowed at Athena Ossendrecht. We love dogs, but here we choose a campsite where everyone can walk around peacefully and carefree, even barefoot. Assistance dogs are welcome.
Would you like to vacation with your dog? Then check out Athena Helios. Dogs are allowed there.
Yes, Athena Ossendrecht is open year-round. Even in the cooler months, you can enjoy walks, peace, and wellness.
Our Living, Loggia, Framily, and Wikkelhouse cottages are available to rent throughout the year. The heated sanitary facilities near the camping fields are also accessible year-round.
The pool is included with your stay and remains open all year. So you can take a refreshing swim even after the sauna.
Wellness use is charged separately for guests, either daily or at a discounted weekly rate. The wellness area is open year-round from Wednesday to Sunday. You can add this option directly to your booking.
You’re welcome to visit Athena for the day too. Enjoy the greenery, take a swim, and get a feel for the park’s atmosphere.
Are you staying with us and expecting visitors? Your guests should check in at reception and pay the regular day rate. If they stay overnight, the charge for an additional overnight guest applies.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available around the Baar and the central fields. Connect to Athenaguest.
The connection is suitable for messaging and browsing; bandwidth is limited. And in between, there’s plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors and a friendly chat offline.
