A permanent spot in the greenery where you can always unwind. With a seasonal or annual pitch at Athena Ossendrecht, you can enjoy the outdoors even longer. Whether it’s a short escape or the whole summer, your holiday spot awaits you.
Our Offerings
Athena Ossendrecht has around 200 seasonal and annual pitches. Touring caravan plots are about 100 m², while static caravans and tiny houses have plots of approximately 150 m².
At De Baar, you can meet other guests for a drink and a chat. Our clubhouse is open daily during the season and on weekends outside of it. The sauna welcomes you year-round, five days a week.

These rates exclude membership fees, tourist tax, and electricity usage. Each pitch has its own electricity meter. You pay € 1.50 tourist tax per person per night. Ask us about the current electricity rates and terms.

General Terms and Conditions for Annual Pitches
Tourist Tax
You pay €1.50 per person per night, based on your actual number of overnight stays. Please keep track of every night. Since 2026, there is no longer a flat fee for seasonal and annual pitches.
Electricity and Fixed Charges
From 2026 onwards, you pay both a fixed service charge and your actual electricity consumption. The fixed charge is a set fee for a safe and reliable connection to your pitch. This is charged per annual pitch based on the available connection strength.

The fixed charge is billed quarterly along with the environmental levy. Your electricity consumption is billed separately via your own meter. Please ask us for the current price per kWh.

Electricity and Standing Charge
From 2026 onwards, you pay both a standing charge and for your actual electricity consumption. The standing charge covers the cost of a safe and reliable connection to your pitch. This fee is per annual pitch, based on the available connection capacity.
